Milk Testing is available through the UK Division of Regulatory Services.  They perform the following tests: 

•          Butterfat, Protein, Lactose, Total Solids(FTIR) 
•          Freezing Point Depression (Cryoscope) 
•          Somatic Cell Count (Electronic and Direct Microscope)
